The project
Brazil On Foot creates tailor-made premium journeys for international travelers. The project goal was to communicate exclusivity, reliability, and personalization while creating a scalable foundation for qualified international leads.

Problem
The company operated in the premium segment, but the website did not reflect that positioning.
Content lacked hierarchy, flows were unclear, and personalization was not explicit.
For international users, uncertainty increases perceived risk. The digital experience did not adequately support trust or authority, limiting conversion potential.

Wireframe, Prototype and Process
The project covered the full UX cycle. We began with persona study focused on international travelers seeking curated, high-end experiences in Brazil. From this, I structured the primary user flows and mapped key actions leading to inquiry submission.
A clear problem definition guided the information architecture. I designed a multi-layer structure including destination pages, experience categories, institutional credibility, and editorial content.
Prototypes were validated internally before development. I also structured and wrote the website content to ensure narrative consistency and alignment with premium positioning. SEO foundations and technical integrations were implemented during the WordPress build.

Strategy
The core decision was to structure the website as a trust-building platform centered on personalization logic and operational clarity.
Instead of highlighting destinations alone, the architecture emphasized how trips are designed, supported, and customized. This reinforced authority and reduced uncertainty.
Every page was assigned a defined role within the conversion funnel. UX decisions were directly connected to business goals: attract qualified international travelers and increase high-value inquiries through clarity and credibility.

Interface
The interface was designed to communicate sophistication through structure and restraint.
A consistent grid, clear typographic hierarchy, and controlled spacing improved readability and content scanning. Visual emphasis relied on curated imagery to support exclusivity without excess.
Content modules were built to scale, allowing expansion of destinations and editorial content. Forms were strategically positioned to capture intent without overwhelming the user, maintaining balance between inspiration and action.

Solution
The final delivery included a fully structured website with defined information architecture, destination pages, blog framework, conversion-oriented forms, SEO implementation, and technical integrations.
The platform now communicates premium value with clarity and coherence. User journeys are structured, friction is reduced, and the brand presents itself as a reliable specialist rather than a generic travel provider.
The result is a scalable digital foundation capable of supporting international growth while maintaining positioning consistency.
